London Stock Bricks
We are often asked for London Stock Bricks. This term can cover a wide range of products but typically refers to the weathered yellow bricks that we see on buildings from the Georgian period. The yellow bricks are often used on the front elevation only, which common bricks used in the areas of the building which wouldn’t form part of the street scene.
All of the bricks below have been used throughout London on various projects, large and small. Bricks varied massively depending on the clay, firing process, additives and how they were set in the kilns. Some products are available in Imperial sizes too, which is great for extensions to existing buildings.
